For PARIS roundtrips, the boss suggests : As soon as you arrive, we will recommend that you go to the Place du Trocadéro (next to the Palais Chaillot) so that you can enjoy the best possible view of the Eiffel Tower (personally, we think this view is breathtaking!). Then you will go down the Trocadéro gardens and walk to the Eiffel Tower. You can go up with the lift every day from 9.30 a.m. until 10.30 p.m. For further information www.tour-eiffel.fr. Then you can take the “boat-bus” located on your right-hand side between the Iéna bridge and the Alma bridge (timetable :www.batobus.com) to go and visit Notre Dame Cathedral (Remember the musical?), open every day from 7.45 a.m. to 6.45 p.m (www.cathedraledeparis.com) ; Take some time to visit the neighborhood (the old Paris , the Ïle de la Cité) and stroll along the docks of the Seine . Finally, we recommend you end the day in Montmartre and visit the Sacré Cœur. You must stop at the Metro station: Anvers. You can either go up by foot, or take the funicular. From there you will also enjoy a magnificent view of the whole city, and you might even see the superb sundown. On your way back you can stroll around Montmartre and slowly walk down to the Boulevard de Clichy (it is better to walk on the side of the street with the odd numbers. Sunday is a quiet day. The Place des Vosges and its Square Louis XIII however remain quite lively. A brunch or a nice lunch under the arcades is really worthwhile. Then you can take a stroll around this area of the Marais and come back near the Seine. It is better to do the cruise on the Seine at night time. We think it is the most beautiful cruise in the whole world! If you choose to dine on board, you should know that the food is not of the best quality.
